Thanks for dropping by. Here’s a bit of info about me, and what Orchard Jewellery Workshops is all about.

I’ve been making jewellery off-and-on for almost 20 years. It started as a bit of a side quest, but when the pandemic came along I really found comfort in it, and in 2022 I set up Orchard Jewellery to share the joy and mindfulness of creating with my community. I started off running workshops in community centres and village halls, and around a good few kitchen tables, but recently got my own purpose built workshop and I am so excited to have you come and join me here!

My professional training began in 2021, and I have since learned from some fantastic organisations including the Goldsmiths Centre, the British Academy of Jewellery, and the Jeweller’s Academy (previously London Jewellery School), as well as some incredibly talented independent jewellers across the UK. I’m also a qualified adult teacher (PGCertHE, Teaching and Learning) and live for that moment when someone I’m helping succeeds – it just never gets old.

I run as eco-friendly a business as possible and I’m always looking for ways to do more to keep this lovely part of the world green and beautiful.
